Perfect size and functions for small business and personal use. Not a fan of Windows 8 however...
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

No Caps Lock Indicator and Wireless Problems

I purchased this because of size and the fact it included a built-in DVD writer. I have experienced the same problems with the Wireless disconnecting by itself many times. Usually the problem seemed to be the Intel Wireless Network Adapter turned itself off. .After 2 trips back to BestBuy it still wasn't fixed. I had an external USB WiFi adapter which did help a little. After using the computer more than 4 months the wireless disconnecting is much better. Don't know if one of the windows update did something or not.
In the first month I experienced the "blue screen" several times.
I like the size, and the 750 GB hard drive. It does get pretty hot and the only vents are on the bottom of the computer.
I couldn't believe there is NO CAPS LOCK INDICATOR on this computer. Even computers costing much less all have an indicator light. Don't know why Samsung does not.
The speakers have good volume but they sounded tinny and like they were in a barrel. The only way I was able to correct it was to turn on the "Classical" Enhancement.
HMDI works well. Not having a user replaceable battery is a negative.
I also purchased this because of the unit advertised as having an Express Cache when it does not have one.
I would not recommend this to a friend

The machine is very light, powerful and possess a nice display. The isolated keypad is very comfortable for typing and the touch pas is very soothing. The predefined gestures helps a lot in scrolling, switching etc.
Further it has got nice computing power. The best thing is that it is quite cheap as compared with the features.
Its very thin also.
I recommend to purchase it. The samsung laptops are nice.

Exceeds my expectations.

This laptop is very thin and light, powerful and features a very nice display. The keypad is very comfortable and the touch pad is very soothing. It took me just few minutes to get used to the new gestures - scrolling, switching etc.
Processor is lightning fast and in overall the laptop is quite cheap as compared with the features and very thin also.
I'm extremely happy with it. The Samsung laptops are nice.

Get the wifi driver download

This is a great laptop. Of course anything this good needs at least one major flaw. Once you get the machine, plug it into a lan connection and download the updated wifi driver and you won't have problems with the wifi.
After that the biggest drawback is the windows 8 platform.
Now the good stuff, fast, very fast, light weight, great battery life and HDMI connectivity. Wow!
Yes, I would recommend this as a great laptop. Small, light, easy to travel with and Samsung's great design.
