I have no idea what you do. Can you take a minute to explain, simply, what you do for me? I haven't been able to wade through the language. And, the difficulty in filling out this questionnaire is a good example of the over complication you are displaying in your web site and in communication with users.

Bought webroot almost 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t been able to get it to load on my laptop. Meanwhile my laptop is unprotected because webroot expired and it keeps insisting that I buy it again.

Your new registration area is a nightmare. You have changed words on the screen from last year or two. Like changing Security word to Security code. Where is using old password? My wife's registration for her e-mail is now gone. What use to be straight forward is now a mess. Otherwise the product in the past has been excellent.
