Won't update version

I purchased a new subscription on line and it wants to update my version, but says it can't and there is no link to provide an alternative option. So it is useless.

Garth, please use these steps to activate your new subscription just a few seconds:
1. Open the Webroot program and click the gear icon next to "My Account" at the bottom right.
2. Enter your keycode in the field provided under "Activate a new keycode” and click "Activate."

I have tried other security products for my computer in the past and like Webroot the best. It is a superior product and completely reliable. Even although as a senior I live on a tight budget, I plan to continue purchasing the SecureAnywhere Antivirus program.

Since I first purchased this product for my desk top, I have NOT had a single problem.I do not have to scan all the time as auto scan does it for me and Webroot catches 99.9% before it becomes a problem!
