Daily horrible experience. Webroot takes over all resources, will not allow changes to configuration, if deleted it actually somehow reinstall itself.

Tried others. They "claimed" found nothing.
Tried Webroot, and initial scan found about 8 virus etc.
scanned several external HD's from other systems, and found verity of foul virus's etc. this the best....

where is my desktop icon?

i installed this webroot "product" awhile ago. i never had an icon show up on my desktop to access it. how do i check my computer's status? how do i run a scan? how do i see the effect you are having? I CAN'T BECAUSE I NEVER HAD AN ICON TO CLICK ON!!!
