was really hoping webroot would solve my problem, but it didn't. i live in a very rural area where the nearest place to take my computer to is at least 100 miles away. I like to play FB games and the only browser i can use is explorer but FB is going to abandon this one shortly. google and firefox are so slow and choppy the games are no fun. How do i fix this? i run the scan and it doesn't help. Please help. It's going to be a long cold boring winter otherwise/

I have a laptop computer and recently purchased your service. but I do not know how to install it. Any suggestions? there is no type of slot to put the disc into... please help

Hey there,
It sounds like you may need to install Webroot using a digital download. Since the box you've purchased has a license key, you can simply download the free version and then activate it in the software using that license key.

Since I have used Webroot, I have had no problems with viruses.Far better than Norton or McAfee. No comparison.
