unable to get help installing

renewed over a month ago the key code they sent me will not work . My computer requirements a met for this product, but keeps rejecting the keycode uninstalled & re-installed several times but keeps giving me the same error. used to work good until now. Need better customer service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Antivirus software

Your online purchase form requests a CD order as default and charges $10 additional. I called to cancel the CD since I downloaded the software online. Billing said they cancelled the CD and would email a confirmation and credit me back. But they didn’t. I was mailed the CD and do not need it. This seems suspicious way to make extra revenue and a bit dishonest, as well. No credit either

I got Web-Root because I felt pressured to get it in order to renew my prescription with Carbonite. I have no intention of installing it on my computer because I am completely satisfied with System Mechanics. In fact I will also be cancelling my subscription with Carbinite because of Web-Root. I am retired. Most of my files have to do with my former business. I don’t surf the Web. I use my computer strictly for banking. Were I to lose all of my files permanently, it would be of no great loss. I check my computer regularly with FixMeStick; and with System Mechanics; and my computer has been virus free for over a year. With my restricted income, paying almost $200.00 per year for what you have to offer is far too much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Who is Carbonite?
