Confusing renewal process

Received a notice that my WebRoot service has expired. Went on-line immediately to download a renewal. Found the process to be very complicated. If I had read the directions more carefully, I would have found the download directions buried further down the text.. Several days later, I received a disc to download the product. It failed to work. I then noticed that my subscription was still for 43 days, not expired as I was notified previously. Then about a week later, I received another notice that I can now download the product. Following the instructions, I was able to complete the process after several tries. I doubt that I will renew again when this subscription expires.

Interferes with other programs

Every since downloading Webroot, my email has been slower than a snail. It takes forever to open up email. And I can't pay bills online thru my bank site. I am not happy at all with Webroot. I will not renew. In fact, I am planning on taking if off of my computer ASAP.

I have enjoyed my webroot protection, however, when I signed in, I was asked to do 2step authentication. This has been nothing but a hassle. I need to get in to secure another device. NO luck so far. Hope to speak to a rep soon.

Yes, I paid to renew, however, I have not been successful in activating this service. Yes, I made contact for assistance and I thought I followed it. I’m guessing you don’t give refunds
