I have enjoyed my webroot protection, however, when I signed in, I was asked to do 2step authentication. This has been nothing but a hassle. I need to get in to secure another device. NO luck so far. Hope to speak to a rep soon.

Very heavy for my pc

I have i9 2nd generation and my gaming laptop was extremely slow with this product very disappointed.

Yes, I paid to renew, however, I have not been successful in activating this service. Yes, I made contact for assistance and I thought I followed it. I’m guessing you don’t give refunds

Worst protection ever

Bought your service and my laptop died. Purchased new laptop but your service cannot be transferred to my new laptop. Grrrr.

We should absolutely be able to transfer your subscription to your new computer. As long as you know your keycode it should be pretty simple. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

I did not renew my subscription You kept trying to sell me more products the program locked up and i exited. then I choose another product that allowed me to finish the purchase
I love Webroot always scanning and checking my computer, I feel safe knowing I have Webroot. I would recommend it to anyone who need to feel secure on their devices. And I love how they have the automatic renewal every year, makes my life so much easier
