I love Webroot because it does its job without hogging and clogging your system. They aren’t constantly trying to upsell you all kinds of other crap. Just does its job and minds its own business. I’ve had Norton and McAfee and would never go back. I love Webroot!

Incredibly disappointed

Despite a long beta period, Webroot inexplicably was unable to create a product that was compatible with Mac OS Catalina. I am thinking about seeking a refund.

I’ve had webroot for a couple of years and I took my computer in to get cleaned and he found 389 viruses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was suggested this protection from my local computer shop when I had then clean out my computer causing it to be slow. What I found out later is that it doesn't work with the new Mac OS running system. I took it back to the computer shop and neither them or apple could figure out why it doest work. So Even before my year was up I had to purchase new software for my computer that was compatible with the new Mac OS running system.

I purchased this and have tried and tried to get it to download. It won’t open. I keep getting emails that remind me to download it so I try again. I really would rather get all my money back.
