I LOVE this program. Anti-virus programs I've used in the past all had downsides - they'd interrupt me with scans, slow down my computer, cause conflicts with other software I downloaded, made my laptop incredibly loud because it was working too hard, etc. Webroot doesn't have any of these issues. I never know when it's scanning. When I do a manual scan, it's lightning fast. It never annoys me; the only time I see it is when it's blocking me from a harmful web site. It's totally unobtrusive, speedy, lightweight and affordable. 100% recommend.

I've used Webroot antivirus for many years now, after a bad experience with a package that came pre-installed on a new PC, which gradually hogged more and more of the machine's resources. Webroot is light on resources, scans very quickly, but from time to time blocks viruses or malware, so as far as I can tell it's doing its job.

I have been a level-3 networking engineer for over a decade and I have had many different antivirus applications throughout the years. Webroot is superior in almost every way! Such a lightweight application that never slows my machine down. It finds every bug every time. I have pushed for my entire organization to use this software!
