Didn’t do anything!!!

This produce was worthless to me! I spent $100.00 on this disk,not only did it not work, but when I call for help all the technician wanted was me to pay him to clean my laptop. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I WANT TO RETURN THIS DISK!!!!!!

I just bought this and installed it and now my computer won’t turn back on. I’ve been trying for an hour to get it to come back on after the restart and nothing. So frustrating and I am working remotely starting tomorrow. Never experienced nothing like this!!! So disappointed that I downloaded it. Definitely will be asking for a refund.

I can’t handle it

So, I was in the middle of playing my game and webroot ruined it by scanning it for any threats, but there weren’t any. But when that was over, I was gonna go back into playing my game, but then Webroot comes back in lying to me about there being a malware in the game, when they JUST said that there were no threats or malwares at all in the game, please fix this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad for developement machines.

We tried to use WebRoot on several of our development machines. It was a nightmare. Each time we compiled a new version of our many programs... WebRoot would AGAIN delete it, move it, quarantine it. Made the entire machine totally unusable for ANY development at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is Not a good product for MAC!

I LOVE this program. Anti-virus programs I've used in the past all had downsides - they'd interrupt me with scans, slow down my computer, cause conflicts with other software I downloaded, made my laptop incredibly loud because it was working too hard, etc. Webroot doesn't have any of these issues. I never know when it's scanning. When I do a manual scan, it's lightning fast. It never annoys me; the only time I see it is when it's blocking me from a harmful web site. It's totally unobtrusive, speedy, lightweight and affordable. 100% recommend.
