I purchased the renewal and attempted to upload it to my computer, it cashed my entire system. I have to replace my computer and out the renewal fee.

I had webroot two years ago and never had any issues. I came back this year bc I could NOT find a reputaple anti virus company with integrity. I enjoy having webroot and i feel safe and its secure for me to use my computer safely nowadays. I will remain with webroot, as long as their prices are affordable to me. Thank You webroot for being a decent company.
