I've been a customer a number of years, and I'm very satisfied with the protection that I've received. I was notified several times through the years of possible virus threats and it was taken care of immediately. WEBROOT has been a comfort to me. And my computer is safe. Thank you.

Worrying about Security of my system is something I don't have to think about. Every scan bares proof that having chosen Webroot has allowed a "Piece of Mind". Security of my system will always be in their protection. Could not be happier!

Have had Webroot for years and have never had a problem with security UNTIL my husband fell for a tech support scam. Afterwards, though, I reported it to Webroot. A tech took a look at our computer for any undetected malware, and we have had NO problems since. So happy with your product and your service!

Very disappointing

Not only did this download give me a virus that caused me the need to strip my laptop all the way back to factory settings losing everything ALL of my messages have been ignored by this company. So I'm out $45, lost everything on my laptop AND not one phone message returned. Very disappointing
