A real conundrum

It started out good and I got my coverage but then when I turned my computer on I got the message that my webroot subscription had expired. I renewed it a couple months ago. It also said I was protected. So between the two conflicting messages I was blocked from the internet. My workaround was that I had to shut the firewall off. Tried to get in touch with Webroot support but that was an exercise in futility. At least I have a workaround.

Basic Protection

We have used Webroot for the last 10 years or more. But we always wonder if it is working because each of our computers do strange things. Like the mouse moves on its own, it changes pages on its own, something is always running in the background because you see the circle going when your mouse is moved. It says we have never had anything threatening on our computer, but we continuously wonder about that. It is inexpensive, and I guess is doing what it is supposed to. We can renew it online which is easy and convenient.

The current Webroot release is no where near the quality of those who created the program. It devolves each and every year the new owners attempt to improve it. They should hire the original creators to FIX what they have broken.

Webroot is a very sleek and user friendly program. Unfortunately, I picked up a virus while using Webroot and therefore, this product does not work.
