This is the best protection that I have seen. I’ve tried other virus protections but this one is easy to manage and protects your computer very well.

Not as good as Microsoft Anti Virus.

Webroot Secure Anywhere let a virus be installed on my winnows system. After noticing weird behavior on my system I tried my best to find out what was going on. I am an advanced computer user / builder and could not locate anything. So I uninstalled Webroot completely even uninstalling the Registry Keys so MS Antivirus would work. You cannot run Webroot Software's side by side with Microsoft Windows Security.
So after getting Microsoft Windows Security back up nad running a did a complete scan of my system. It found 1 file a .dll that infected the system. So then I did an offline scan with Microsoft Cloud and it found the same .dll file. I deleted it and had no problems. I do not understand why Webroot will not run side by side when there are other Anti Virus Softwares that does. Makes no sense to me.

My subscription had expired. I tried to renew, but Webroot didn't recognize me. I bought it again, but nothing shows up. There's no one to help, but I was at least able to cancel auto renew for next year. What a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A real conundrum

It started out good and I got my coverage but then when I turned my computer on I got the message that my webroot subscription had expired. I renewed it a couple months ago. It also said I was protected. So between the two conflicting messages I was blocked from the internet. My workaround was that I had to shut the firewall off. Tried to get in touch with Webroot support but that was an exercise in futility. At least I have a workaround.
