Love the product but for a month after I purchased and activated on three devices I got weekly e mails from Webroot that I had not installed. I double checked, was worried and sent replies to the e mails but they went unanswered. Notifications have stopped now.

Everything seems to work fine however, what I did not like is the fact I got a CD charged to me and mailed to me that I did not need or even could use

Great Protection but Hard to Find Support

I have had WebRoot for years and it’s been a great product. This year for some reason I keep getting emails saying that my membership has expired and I am unprotected but I have renewed my service and my WebRoot shows it does not expire until 2025 so these emails are a nuisance. I tried reaching out to WebRoot but there does not seem like there is an easy way to do it. Other than that I would highly recommend this product

Webroot has the most annoying subscription renewal process ever!.Your popups made it impossible to use my computer. I renewed only to make sure I never, ever use this product again.

So far I had no issues using Webroot. I like how it protects my computer and data. I will purchase it again in the near future.
