Bank Card company says I have a virus and they locked me out, with a scan that only last 8 min it is not finding it! It did before!

Dependable protection

I have used Webroot Secure Anywhere (2-year subscription latest version) in our computers for many years with good results. I am using it in my older Toshiba with Windows-7 and it has been reliable in warning and protecting me from Malicious links. I also use it with our Windows 10 computers, very satisfied and plan to continue using it.

I have had an automatic renewal for webroot for 11 years. My debit card has been charged all that time, this time customer service told me they do not accept debit only credit. I have no credit cards. In this day and time, who does not accept debit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I decided to install Webroot on my new PC as it was highly recommended by the computer person who help set me up. I can see quickly in one click on the Webroot icon what I need to know. I feel better protected by Webroot than the one I was previously using.

I have had Webroot for years as my "internet security" and as of this day I haven't had any events on my computer because it is monitored in real time. Sometimes when i am online (Webroot) scans my computer for suspicious happenings, letting me know it is on the job, protecting me from malicious programs.
