Your product is great! I just had some issues with installing in onto my laptop. Maybe you could make the installation easier for people who are not computer savvy.

With WEBROOT I can feel comfortable knowing that my security, my files and my computer itself are protected. I've been a loyal customer for years and would recommend it to anyone. Not only is it user friendly but they also have an amazing customer service department that gets things done in a timely manner. Time is money, don't waste yours looking for something better, there isn't. Thanks WEBROOT!

Webroot has been a complete disappointment. I purchased the 10 devices pack and I am lucky to get one device to accept the antivirus and would not buy it again. I sent messages to helpdesk and only found all of it to be non user friendly.

This service did not work for me

This service slowed down my pc, and at times it wouldn't let my streaming services start up, I had to uninstall the web root from my pc. Now my pc works fine, I didn't pay much so I didn't bother with refund...
