We have been using the Webroot Secure anywhere. I am not very tech savvy however we have had no issues using this product. We have used other products, but Webroot has covered everything we need.

I tried to install the disc that was sent to me . I'm still receiving notifications stating that I need to renew my subscription .

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

I signed up and paid for webroot then it would not work on my laptop, so I had no choice to just get a refund. Never will use a service that is Soo hard for the consumer to get loaded in to a laptop.

I've had Webroot in the past, but let it lapse. I re-purchased Webroot, when my very fast loading desk-top slowed to a crawl, hoping it would find the bug and fix it. No luck. I'm thinking the great deal wasn't one!!

Webroot performs just like McAfee and Norton. There is a virus on my computer and every time I do a scan of my device Webroot states zero threats detected. When every time I try to log on my device my monitor goes black completely and intentionally covering up what I am doing. That is a virus and threat someone has placed on my computer that Webroot like McAfee and Norton cannot even detect. This product is a waste of money. Best protection is to purchase encryption software.
