Just hope I'm covered.

I renewed my coverage online because it was cheaper than the email notice that I received. I renewed for 3 computers (up to 5), however, I am still receiving notices that my coverage has expired on my desktop. Everytime that I follow the instructions on downloading the new program on the desktop, it comes up with the page thar shows when it last scanned. I'm tired of messing with this thing.

I wanted to just say that this anti-virus program has been great so far.
The other anti- virus software I have used like Norton and MacAfee, bogged my computer and laptop speeds down with many add on programs and also by constantly running in the background bringing my online time to a crawl.

Webroot SecureAnywhere AntiVirus has been running on my computers now for a few months and I have had the best connection speeds at each log in and while using my computers.
No bogged down times and the program runs once a day and does its job as they advertised.

I have been with SecureAnywhere for easily 10 years, probably longer. It's been that long I cant remember!! They have kept myself and my two boys safe for all this time (I have a 3 computer deal). I have NEVER had to call them with a problem. I get reports which shows what has been happening behind the scenes.

I just purchase Webroot and it does nothing but show a shield. No sign of running. Does not show that I have a year like it did in the past. Can not make a scan. Does not tell me if I have any virus problems. Now I have used Webroot for years and really like it. Simple and easy, but now it looks like I wasted my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After doing quite a bit of reading and researching on antivirus products, I selected this one. The PC Mag Review put it over the top for me. I've had it many months now and it seems to work beautifully, and it sure doesn't slow my computer down. I am 100% happy with my decision to buy WebRoot.

I installed "Webroot Anywhere" on both my wife's computer and mine. Performance on both machines deteriorated so much that I uninstalled it on my wife's computer and turned it off on mine. I've never had software produce such a negative effect before!
