the reason i give such a low rating because it is impossible to talk to a human being about any problem i may have i know very little about pcs i am 80 years old and would appreciate talking to a human when i have a problem.

Protection alright, but trouble downloading

This product is very difficult to download. I purchased protection for more than one computer and only one computer has been set up with it so far and I have had it for 2 months because the process is so complicated.

1) Download Webroot on the computer using our official download page: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download

2) Open the software, click the "cog/settings" icon

3) Go to "My account"

4) Add the subscription code that you received upon purchase into the keycode field

5) Your account should now be fully active on your computer!

Very confusing

I'm glad we have coverage, but maybe it's because I am NOT computer savvy, but I found it very difficult to understand everything. I'm not sure if I just bought anitvirus coverage or anything else. I rec'd a cd but am not sure if i need to install it or what.

Would Still Have but Noone can bother to call

Had renewal at 54 . Special for 29 so did special asked if would honor they said no so opened new canceled old auto renew.
Well still charged veven after canceled.
Have two keys on account not one works .
Called emailed messaged . Everything said to did 15 times no one would call . Please don't work with so dis trustful

Overall satisfied with the program, however , on one of my computers, I constantly get pop up ads for Norton and Mckafee say I have Viruses but I get clean scans from webroot.
