i have tied to cancel my subscriptions and i have had no reply after numerous attempts to call and email customer support. i feel this is a scam and i would stay clear of this company.

Impossible to reach someone or cancel subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription after I saw the charge billed to me ,I knew it was fairly easy to subscribe to them in the past but I computer had broken and I have not used the service for a long time and then tried to cancel my subscription but they make it impossible to do so and you can reach anybody and it is like they purposely make it extremely hard to do so and make you go to one website after another with no avail and then tell you it is that the period when you can cancel it is over and you end up paying for another year and I guess they keep getting away with this.
