After four years, I can tell you with confidence that Web route makes everything very simple and very clear and they have a very automated system where they once you say OK to sign up for the year, they process everything and load your computer automatically about three months before the end of your current contract so everything is painless and small and you get no surprises because everything is made clear before they sign you up
