Pretty frustrated

Pretty frustrated. Sometimes I’m not even sure if this is legitimate virus protection. I use it on my laptop and recently I tried to use it on my phone and it keeps saying I’m not verified. Looks like I’m still getting malware on my laptop that webroot isn’t picking up. Not even sure if it’s worth following up to try to get webroot on my phone.

still can not put this on my new laptop

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

the reason i give such a low rating because it is impossible to talk to a human being about any problem i may have i know very little about pcs i am 80 years old and would appreciate talking to a human when i have a problem.
