Had a rather interesting day when the mail arrived. You sent me a DVD and I have nothing to download the protection to my lap top computer. This was unexpected - however it may have been my fault. I am not the most computer savvy person and may have hit a button erroneously. Once I get it loaded up I will attempt to make contact again.

I got a computer virus anyway? I guess it's hard to tell if an antivirus program is doing its job if you don't get a computer virus. And I suppose there is no 100% protection for anything. But the fact is I subscribe to Webroot, have for years, and I got a computer virus and wound up physically taking my computer to the shop to have it cleaned. Worth the money?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
