The protection is excellent, but....

I have enjoyed the protection that I have received with Webroot, but now that I had to renew my subscription, it has been very challenging to add additional computers, I still don't have it figured out, needs to be easier for non tech people like myself. I try to set it up, but forgot my password, I hit the forgot password, but don't get the link from Webroot to establish a new password.

Over Charging AND cancelling w/o notice

This company charged us almost double than their price on their website. I have disputed their price, they return a part of the charge, BUT a month later we noticed that they cancelled our Antivirus, which they charged us for!? This is unacceptable and we will let anybody know of this kind of business they are running now!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
