I already did but will again. You don’t send me enough info on what you are doing to protect my computer, etc. I’ ve only had a short report. I want to know everything you’re covering and what the outcome is.

Not Quite Done Yet

Perhaps I failed to "do it" correctly, because I am still getting random pop-ups in the middle of whatever I am working on, and I still am finding lots of spam emails each day. The "free shipping" ad pops up almost every time I click on something on line. What must I do to stop the pop-ups, and curtail the spam email?
