Can't log on to website

I have tried numerous times to log on to Webroot but it always says my log in information is correct. I think clicked on "forgot password" hoping to rest it and it says that I will receive an email with instructions for changing it. However, I never receive an email

So it seems to be ok for desktop? I am not confidant its actually protecting anything. For android phone its unusable. Logs out constantly, asks for security key, and then states key not valid. My bank software sees the app as malware even when not logged in.

Not sure what product I have so using this one to send my review, apologies if wrong one. Have used Webroot for my Mac for years and updated/renewed recently. NOT impressed I've had nothing but trouble. Had to reboot so many times as the product does not work properly, like before. It seems to be working now but for how long. Every time I shutdown I wonder if Webroot will come back. Very unimpressed this time I'm sorry to say. It will do a scan occasionally but not always. Maybe its the last time I renew and I should look for a competitor product! Regards etc...

The amount of emails Webroot sent was so annoying. Then they topped it off by sending me a CD in the mail. Please reign in your marketing team. Besides the marketing SPAM, I do like the product!

Excellent AntiVirus Protection

In the past I have used antivirus protection programs from Norton and Kaspersky. While they performed well (my computer was never infected fortunately), they were intrusive and the file scanning process was slow. A computer maintenance firm recommended Webroot--and it operates as they promised. Non-intrusive, works in the background, and file scans are completed quickly. Considering the pedigree of Webroot's parent organization (Carbonite) this bodes well for its protection capability.
