Not working as well as it had been

My web root was working great until recently. Now when I open app , it does a scan and tells Me how to make my safari secure and secure my passwords but I’m Unable to Search on the webroot sight like I was before . Can u help?

Very disappointed

I regret buying your product. Every time I try to open your app, I have to enter the keycode product number, my name as if I'm registering for the first time. I have tried to contact you via email, and when you respond, I have to login to my account to see what you wrote....which I can't do half of the time. My husband had the same problem with the app on his phone. I'm not sure if the protection is still working like you advertised. But I'm going to buy a different product just incase.
