I am happy with my renewal purchase except for being charged for an extra $10 for a disc. I did not request a disc nor have I received anything in the mail. The program/renewal was easy to do and no disc was needed. I would appreciate being refunded this extra charge.

Webroot SpySweeper used to be good when I was younug why is it renamed? It claims scanspeeds of 20 seconds; must be a ramdisk or a very interesting engine. It is the foremost in Anti Spyware; besides Spyware Doctor which is now defunct.11/10. Original technology not stolen unlike other companies.

I have been a customer with WebRoot for a long time. It is a very good product. For PC's it is excellent. But I have read reviews on it not being good on android cell phones. Presently, I have an iPAD and iPHONE. I have not found any reviews on using Webroot on thes devises. Because customers submitted a negative review on cell phones they had I was not going to chance it.

Great product, I always purchase WebRoot products. I do so because I love the software, but also one time I was charged after I sold my PC I had at the time.. I thought I canceled WebRoot but I did not. I was struggling at the time and that refund helped and made me a customer for life. With my new PC, I intend to always have WebRoot software.

cd finally arrived

Ordered the software and the cd. the software worked great however the cd took almost two weeks to arrive. I called support and they were gonna issue another cd. I said I`ll call again in a couple of days if it still hasn`t came. IT CAME THE NEXT DAY!!! Great support!
