I have used Webroot for many years. I thought that I would try a VPN instead. Had to install their search engine. Now I can't get it out of my computer. Had over 600M clogging up so my speed was very low. Fortunately I only took the VPN on a 30 day trial. I switched back to Webroot, got the crap cleaned out, and my computer works as it should.

I have it on my PC, but need to download on my IPhone. Webroot makes it impossible to do even though I’m supposed to get it on 3 devices. I’m going to switch companies when this year is up. Webroot has been my service for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product works well but the install was confusing. Like a lot of sites the effort to install is not clear. It would help if more effort was put to making it easier to the END user.

It's so simple and easy to install, even for someone with minimal computer experience. I have not experienced any issues with any of my programs, does not affect the performance of my computer at all. You don't even know it's running. Excellent product!
