Great protection

Been using Webroot for many years and I am always pleased. However this time it is not scanning when scheduled and not sure why. But if I click on it, it runs and is down quickly, so I do not have to wait long to get online. It scans a short scan or a deep scan which is great.

I have neber had an issue with Webroot.

I feel confident in webroot product. This is the second extension on my subscription. I am having trouble installing on multiple devices. I believe this is a PICNIC(problem on chair not in computer)

It was very difficult to install. I tried two different days thinking I had it done the first time and still wasn’t successful. I had someone more knowledgeable try, and it took him almost an hour before it finally installed. The directions or procedure was not clear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
