I had a difficult time down loading web root after purchasing it. I had to contact them to tell me what to do. Then I had to get my grandson to come and help me.

Didn’t catch my virus and free Mac program did!

Kind of annoyed I’ve got a virus or malware on my Mac so I re-bought webroot in a panic (mine had expired and I hadn’t renewed because it slows down my computer so much I usually quit the app). It didn’t catch my virus or malware so I researched and downloaded something free for mac’s and it caught it…for free. I wish I’d tried that first. I have it for a year and don’t even need it so I’m annoyed.
