I bought a 3 year subscription. After 2 weeks, the app said "expired". I got back on with my password and keycode and it happened again 2 weeks later. The support team emailed me 4 times and their advice didn't work. Finally, they said to uninstall and reinstall the app on all 4 devices. That worked but it took 4 hours altogether and I don't want to do that every 2 weeks for 3 years.

Hello, I'm sorry you are having issues with our product.
This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.
