Happy that there is an affordable security option for people that don't do a lot of online shopping or view sites where a lot of personal data is stored or needs to be given in order to use that site. An affordable option for those that are careful about never leaving any forms of credit/debit information "saved" on any shopping websites. I did think my renewal automatically installed by downloading a link, but I received a CD in the mail a week afterwards, so I hope my computer was still protected during that time.

The best feature is GEEK SQUAD support with WEBROOT. Real people on telephone. Real people in a store that look at your computer. WEBROOT is not perfect. It will not update properly and erase itself. If you get an error message that you have no anti virus protection, or see strange files not loading when you turn-on your computer, immediately shut it off and take it in to the store.

Scan at startup completes in minutes and allows you protection without slowing down computer. Purchased over several consecutive years. (A breeze compared to McAfee nightmare, which always turned my computer into a rock while its scan ran for hours.)

I am happy with my renewal purchase except for being charged for an extra $10 for a disc. I did not request a disc nor have I received anything in the mail. The program/renewal was easy to do and no disc was needed. I would appreciate being refunded this extra charge.
