Recently renewed/upgraded to Webroot Secure Anywhere. Although still have protection, I still get emails about expired subscription for previous anti-virus protection (confusing) .
Once logged in, unable to find access to a full description about the new "Secure Anywhere" program.

We root is a good product but it slows my computer. And my computer got messed up with another version seemingly from South African origin when I was in South Africa. How comes ?

Like a lot of programs I see it is written above the skillset of an average or sporadic user. Step by step with a confidence "checkmark" would be helpful.

Webroot used to make installation easy. Not anymore. After a day and a half, I gave up and let my granddaughter do it. Will be looking at other providers when this expires.
