We have paid for your service and literally nothing works. The codes we have do not work. Now it says, Renew Now, when we actually renewed with you twice. I cannot tell how utterly frustrating this is. I don't understand how this product does not work even after we paid the subscription. The activation code has now expired( 2nd time) . fix this or I will be filing with the BBB and teliing all my friends on all social media to avoid these products at all costs.

It does not work for internet safty

The problem is that it keeps buffering & does not finish. I already paid for one year of service, but I don't know if my WIFI is safe or not
