Far better before openText

This company and product were so much better before being bought by that horrible openText company. I no longer feel secure using this product knowing how shady openText is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have paid for your service and literally nothing works. The codes we have do not work. Now it says, Renew Now, when we actually renewed with you twice. I cannot tell how utterly frustrating this is. I don't understand how this product does not work even after we paid the subscription. The activation code has now expired( 2nd time) . fix this or I will be filing with the BBB and teliing all my friends on all social media to avoid these products at all costs.
