It's only been a couple months but I haven't been hacked. So, so far so good. I like the fact that I'm not hounded for upgrades like Norton does, that's annoying to say the least. The prices with Webroot are affordable as well. As long as I'm protected with Webroot I'll renew yearly going forward.

tried your suggestion to type the code (even though the code is already in there) and it says activated, BUT also SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED. Cannot reach anyone by phone, email or chat.
