It's the best protection on the market. It protects my computer from viruses, it runs in the background so it does not slow my computer down or interfere while I'm searching the Internet. That's what makes WEBROOT SECURE ANYWHERE such a great product and the software is not overly priced either. I will use Webroot as long as it;s available.

Issues with Customer Service Portals and Responses

Webroot/Carbonite is a good product. However, attempting to reach the
Technical Support via telephone or without a robotically generated response to assist with issues has proven futile.

i.e., I have downloaded two key codes and the system is running them synonomously rather than consecutively, which I have many times tried to correct through email to no avail. Needless to say, I am very displeased at not attaining a personal one-on-one conversation with a Technical support person or a personalized email to satisfactorily assist me.

Happy with the program. However a time or two we got a notice and computer was locked up until I compleatly shut down and pulled power for a few minutes. I don't think Web Route was to allow this??

Slows down my computer

I have to disconnect and reconnect at times before surfing. It takes to much time to open web pages. If I cant resolve my issues I will not renew.
