Never use them again. Does not work I bought virus protection can’t even get in touch with them other than email then they don’t help you with your problem. They just want your money. It never worked on my computer. Webroot suxs

Safe and Sound

I am in an apartment where it’s kinda an open internet that a lot can use And because of that I trust Webroot to keep me safe . Last knight we root popped up and said attack stopped. When I got to webroot I found 29 things had been stopped

Seemless and easy to use

I'm not tech savvy sometimes, but this program is easy to install and use. It runs in the background and does not interfere with my computer use like some of them do.

I’ve had web root for about 5 years and have been very pleased with the level of protection. However, I must say that this last time when I renewed online, it was quite a process and it took me several tries/days to get the renewal downloaded to my laptop.

I did have my problem solved. However, the Teck person helping me just left and never said/wrote anything. So I had to go back in and make sure my problem was solved. In the past the Teck person left a note/text/chat message that they fixed the problem and all is well.
