Ay first I was very confused because I purchased the protection on line and me being a computer dinosaur did not know wi was doing, neither was trusting giving all my information on line.
I send webroot an email and not only were they prompt, they guided me step by step. Very safe, very satisfied, and very happy customer.

I keep receiving emails telling me that I am not "Protected" and that I need to "Install Now" but I believe I have TWO (2) subscriptions currently running already. I suspect they are just trying to get me to upgrade and spend more money. A bit annoying to say the least.
