I renewed my subscription. It seemed to be a little different this year. Then I guess my old subscription was auto renewed. So I was charged twice.

1) Download Webroot on the computer using our official download page: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download
2) Open the software, click the "cog/settings" icon
3) Go to "My account"
4) Add the subscription code that you received upon purchase into the keycode field
5) Your account should now be fully active on your computer!

Webroot is disappointing

I cannot access webroot. I cannot get a new password. I'm not able to access anyone to help me! This is most frustrating! I will try again Monday to get a person to speak with.
