Too Many Problems as a Company

You need to keep what the people enjoyed about using your product and I am not impressed at all. There's too much issues a lot of users are having. My main issue was trying to get this to login on my Samsung Tablet after I paid for 3 devices to be covered.

Best protection I've tried

I know the basics of computers. Checking email, social media, etc. When it comes to installing a virus protection several companies I've tried made the installation so complicated I had to grant them remote access to complete it. I have never had to that with Webroot. It's easy and has worked better than any of the others I've tried. I have less worries with Webroot.

Good product. When installing on a new device, it must be out of S mode before downloading. Depending on the technical level of an individual, they may need to contact Microsoft support to have that done.
I would recommend this to a friend!
