Good product. When installing on a new device, it must be out of S mode before downloading. Depending on the technical level of an individual, they may need to contact Microsoft support to have that done.

I renewed my subscription. It seemed to be a little different this year. Then I guess my old subscription was auto renewed. So I was charged twice.
