Worked great until it didn't.

I used this product for over a year and had both wifi protection and antivirus protection. Then all of a sudden I couldn't connect to any of the servers. I opened a ticket and was asked to try to log in again, but it didn't work, so I opened another ticket and they asked that I call them during business hours, which happened to be the same time that I am at work. Finally got some time off to call into the tech department and was on hold for 18 minutes before I finally gave up. I then called their sales support which is not related to their tech department to request a refund and was told that they couldn't refund me the rest of the year because the money-back guarantee expired after 70 days. NOT MY FAULT your software isn't working. My time is precious. I do not want to spend it on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't get into my account. Here's what I get "Wrong keycode," wrong password,' wrong answer to a security question," unknown email," or the best one, "Captcha is invalid." Just give me a refund. I'll go to McAfee or Norton.

When I open Webroot it doesn't show me how to scan. I called Geeksquad and I didn't get any answers they didn't know. I can't use a product if it's not easy to use. So I will not be renewing my subscription. I will go with McAfee. When I open McAfee I can find where to scan instead of getting a run around on the app and never finding it.

Full Protection for 5 years

I have had this product on my laptop for over 5 years. I travel quite a bit and have had no issues.
excellent security software. I have it on my personal laptop and purchased a copy for my granddaughter's laptop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

purchased\renewed Webroot on 4/6/22 for 1 year and now on June 7, 2022 shows to have expired!!!!!
