This is a very confusing set up. I am very unsatisfied and now the cd came in the mail which after downloading wont run a system scan because it says I don't have a subscription. Apparently this whole time I have been waiting for the cd my computer has not been fully protected!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its great. But ha4d to get them respond when making sure you have their service they keep sending notices so you don't know

I signed up for the 3 Year plan. 2 weeks later I kept getting emails saying my plan is about to expire. I got at least 3 of these ridiculous messages.

I do like your protection, but you dinged my account 2 for the yearly fee. I sent several emails and no one from you company have not bothered to call me back, so neft year i will find a new anti virus, its a dhame i have had you for years. You should email your customers back.
