Ten years and not a single malware attack

Hard to prove a negative, but the odds of never having a single malware attack in the 10 years I’ve had webroot on all three computers, are pretty slim. I also like the fact that Webroot can quickly scan the system without hijacking the computer in the middle of your work, like other malware protections often do.

Difficult to Download

I purchased a renewal on line with WEBROOT, it downloaded easily but I could not get it installed. I took it to the Geek Squad and it took them several attempts to install. End result, cost of the renewal plus an extra $49 to get it installed. Not happy!

Best AntiVirus Protection I Have Experienced

I don't use my computer on a daily basis but when I do I know I am getting the best AntiVirus protection from a company I can trust. I have used their products for many years. I would recommend them.

Very good protection

Now, this is not just to praise your product but to criticize. I bought online protection for three devices, one year, downloaded to the first computer, used the CD for the second. Over and over and over again, kept getting YOUR PROTECTION HAS EXPIRED deal when I installed on both computers. My coverage had not expired. Other than Webroot lack of communication skills, this product is fantastic and a great buy for the money. Good stuff.

I have used this product for 12 years and it has never failed but do not like the format that has been introduced in the last few years to enter and modify different mobiles laptops etc
