Easy Protection

Webroot does it's job easily and efficiently. My only issue is I received an offer to upgrade to better protection, when I finally got around to doing it things got confusing with several options so I'm not sure if I really got the deal that was offered. When I did install the upgrade I lost 5-6 months of service already paid for (not a lot of $$ no big deal, but a customer could conceivably lose a whole years subscription if they upgraded at the wrong time). I am super happy with Webroot, please don't get caught up in over marketing your product. I've always liked your down to earth simple approach.

Good but sometimes struggle to get it to work

At first this was working on my Macbook perfectly. Then, after about a month or 2, when the Macbook was updated, it stopped scanning. So not the best if it can't keep up with Macbook updates.

Peace and Quiet

I am happy to say you have the best antivirus I have ever used; I've used it on a previous network, so this is my second time buying in. The reason for my applaud might not be the one you expect though; your program leaves me alone. No ads on startup, no popups every three hours or so telling me it's working, no sudden panic attacks of I download a commonly used program. It just does it's job in the background and leaves me to my projects, and it's this small difference that makes it way better than other programs; even if there were programs with comparable in security, they also do all of the obnoxious things written above.

I have tried other Antivirus software, and nothing out there compares with Webroot. I feel totally confident that my computers are 100 % safe and always free of any malewear.
