Great Product!

I have been using Webroot Antivirus software for several years and it is by far the best antivirus software that I have used. It doesn’t slow down the computer like Norton. I highly recommend it!

Better than other Antivirus software I've used

I was frustrated with another antivirus software I bought. It would have pop-ups to buy it when I already had. There were times it was a pain to use and update. It would also shutdown software I was running. I would have to jump through crazy hoops to get it to recognize that software. And, there were times I was certain it was slowing my computer down.
My one year purchase expiration was approaching in a couple months, and I kept hearing good things about Webroot. I did some research on it and was impressed with what I found. I canceled my other antivirus software early and bought Webroot.
It immediately found something lurking in my system the other software didn't find. And, It was so easy to use!
I was a bit nervous at first because of my negative experience with the other software. But, it didn't hog system resources, it didn't shutdown software I was using, and it didn't try to get me to buy it when I already had.
I didn't even notice it running in the background. There has not been any problem using it all. I'm really happy with it.
My wife had a different antivirus on her computer than I had previously. It had a bunch of pop-ups and was hard to use. She saw what I went through before and after using Webroot. She happily killed the subscription she had and installed Webroot also.
She is happy that it is super easy to use and does not constantly hit her with pop-ups.
We love this product! I highly recommend it to others. <3

Easy Protection

Webroot does it's job easily and efficiently. My only issue is I received an offer to upgrade to better protection, when I finally got around to doing it things got confusing with several options so I'm not sure if I really got the deal that was offered. When I did install the upgrade I lost 5-6 months of service already paid for (not a lot of $$ no big deal, but a customer could conceivably lose a whole years subscription if they upgraded at the wrong time). I am super happy with Webroot, please don't get caught up in over marketing your product. I've always liked your down to earth simple approach.

Good but sometimes struggle to get it to work

At first this was working on my Macbook perfectly. Then, after about a month or 2, when the Macbook was updated, it stopped scanning. So not the best if it can't keep up with Macbook updates.
