I only bought this because my lifetime purchase for 8 computers would not transfer over to my new computer. Could not find the usb thingy to use and I wanted Webroot. Found my usb thingy and now have my lifetime protection on my new computer. Anyway to send back the 1 year I purchased?

I renewed subscription. I had trouble downloading. Called tech support and was told to wait 24 hours, then call sales. That was incorrect. When I did call sales the next day, I was transferred to tech support. The tech told me that was incorrect info, and he proceded to help me finish download. So what I concluded was that first tech I spoke to did not want to do his job or did not know how. The saving grace was the second tech who stayed on the phone with me till problem was resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!
