So Far, So Good

I have had Webroot on various devices for the past 5 years or so, and it has been a very positive experience. It has been a good, strong, dependable program, and I have had very few, if any, side issues. It doesn't regularly try to upsell me to additional services, cause my computer to freeze, block other functions, etc. Overall, it continues to be my go-to.

Antivirus you forget you have until you need it

Webroot is great. It sits in the back and just watches. Doesn't ask me for anything, doesn't interrupt me; just works.
I also use another virus finder every once in a while and it never finds anything. Webroot does it.
The internet is not at all bad, but it can be confusing to find some stuff. The exception list was one of these, but it's in there.

Does the job

Suppose it does the job and keeps me protected, however the fact that it always pops up on my screen regardless of checking it not too is really annoying. Always having to hide it. Why can’t it just run in the background?

Easy to install with no conflicts.

Webroot installed quickly, easily, and worked seamlessly with Malwarebytes which was already installed. It uses very little memory and works provides continuous protection without any conflicts or errors. This is the best antivirus software I have ever used.

Best Antivirus I have used

I was with another antivirus for years and it was not as easy to use! With the other product when I had any issue I could not repair myself I was forced to pay the support group extra to fix my issues! The support was over seas and difficult to get through to and usually very hard to understand! Webroot was easy to install, and has been very easy to use in the time I have had it! The one issue that recently happened I found it very easy to contact the support! The support was efficient, knowledgeable, concerned about my issue and very friendly to talk to! He made me feel comfortable that my issue would be corrected and explained everything he was going to do before he did it! I felt good that my problem was going to be resolved easily and correctly! I have recommended Webroot to my friends and family as I feel it is a great product with great support at a good price!

I have used webroot for a few years and was pleased but canceling service after trying to login was very very frustrating .
