Doesn't Work With Email

I still use windows 7 which includes outlook email...after installing this software I could not receive or send email, thererore, I do not use it. Wish I would have known this before hand.

I have used webroot for a few yrs now,, this yr I had trouble removing and entering my new nu.. I still get a message everyday telling me to renew or uninstall my webroot,, it is very annoying. I am not sure I will buy it again, It always done a good job, and price is good, I have two computers.I am not even sure if I have coverage or not and what is covered. not happy with it this yr..

Downloaded the software 4 times on a new computer and it gave no directions on how to launch the program. I gave up and went with another program.

Great protection

Webroot is an excellent product except when I try to back up files. I have tried to sign up for an account but I still get rejected.
